Please note that once auction starts, access to some lots may not be available.
** For Buyers that are not able to stay onsite during bidding our Absentee & ‘Phone bidding services are available. **
Parking facilities may be limited – please adhere to onsite signage.
Payments by buyers to be by EFT, ‘Phone Banking, Visa/MasterCard or Cash (NO CHEQUES ACCEPTED) Buyers are encouraged to put in place any finance approvals before bidding as FULL PAYMENT for all purchases is REQUIRED BY NOON on the FIRST BUSINESS DAY after the auction ends.
COLLECTION OF GOODS – After cleared funds are received to be effected by 4 pm on the final day nominated on the catalogue front, printed promotional material, onsite signage or announced by the auctioneer personally.
Lots 1 to XXX will not be able to be collected until after lot XXX has been sold.
Disconnections or Dismantling of services by the buyer – or their staff & transport operators, their licensed trades person or where “permits” are required – are to be effected by arrangement with the the auction site manager.
BIDS are on a GST INCLUSIVE basis unless specified & all lots are subject to a GST inclusive BUYER’S PREMIUM of 16.5%
other than for Motor Vehicles, Caravans, Pleasure Craft, Wheeled Earth Moving Machinery & Lots xxx xxxx xxx
to which 5.50% applies.
