• REASON FOR SALE.
  The seller found that these aircraft – the “Piper Navajo PA31” & “Robin R2160” – were – in the current climate – being under utilised.  So he decided to make them available to new owners!

Our client has several other aircraft to accommodate the client needs to his flight trainer/charter business based at Jandakot Airport.

• HOW TO BUY THE AIRCRAFT.
  The opportunity to buy, separately, these locally well maintained aircraft, was available to genuine buyers.

The online auction bidding process was arranged through the “Grays” platform. It’s online bidding stared on Monday 6th September for a limited period only. (N.B. the pre bidding information was available , by following the link(s) found in the flier).

• INSPECTION OPPORTUNITIES.
  Prudent buyers took advantage of the “Early Bird” opportunities to personally inspect, on the 6th or 7th of September, then start bidding.

A “Beat The Deadline” opportunity was available on 14th September.

All inspections were by appointment.

• BIDDING PROCESS ETC.
  Auction Ts & Cs, registration & payment details – and a summary of some technical specs – were available on the appropriate “Grays” sale pages, as shown on the flier shown below. Prospective buyers were required to visit the sale pages to read the information available. Then if necessary, emailed detailed enquiries were made to Peter Holmes – pgh@tacwa.biz

Be aware that the auction method is basically an “as is/ where is” transaction.

• OUT OF W.A. BUYERS PLEASE NOTE.
  For successful out of W.A. & overseas buyers in particular noted that once title and risk pass to them, the seller realises it may not be viable under government health regulations etc., it may not be possible to get to Jandakot immediately to take delivery of the aircraft. As such, the seller was willing to negotiate a periodic open air storage arrangement (cost & time). Making any successful bid is not conditional on arriving at an agreement with the seller.
